Welcome to Clooz! Your challenge is to solve three anagram riddles like this one:

Put the winner’s cap on him because he is definitely the best at his sport.

The letters of one or more consecutive words in the riddle (we call them the “keywords”) can be re-arranged to create a single-word anagram that solves the riddle!   In this case, the keywords are “cap on him”. Re-arrange the letters and you get “champion”, and indeed a champion is the best at his sport!

There are three buttons on the Home page. If you Register, you save your chosen Username and your password for future logins. Registration is necessary if you want an opportunity to appear on our All-Time Leaderboard (see below).

You can proceed to the game either by clicking the Login or Play button. The Play button allows you to play anonymously, but without the possibility of appearing on the All-Time Leaderboard.

Once on the game page, try to solve each riddle as quickly as possible using as few hints as possible. Both these values factor into your score, once you have correctly answered all three riddles. Here's how your score is calculated:

Score = (3600 - T) x (P1 + P2 + P3)

where T is the total time in seconds to solve all three clues, and P1, P2 and P3 are the points you earned for each clue - 3 points if you did not need to take any hints, 2 points if you took one hint, and 1 point if you took 2 hints.

The timer on the game page starts as soon as the page is displayed and stops once you have solved all three clues successfully. If your score was among the twenty best of all time, you’ll appear on the All-Time Leaderboard. You can also click on past games on the All-Time Leaderboard to see the riddles and answers that earned players their top twenty spot.
